[GUIDE] General & Basic Troubleshooting Tips

In no particular order

1.Determine if your pc meets the minimum system requirements of the game. For most cases there are games that still work even if you did not meet the minimum system requirements.

2.Do you have the ncessary software / applications needed for the game to work? (i.e Direct X). Make sure you have the required application installed.

3.Have you updated your video and sound card drivers? you may download them from the websites of your video / sound card's manufacturers.

4.Have you tried reinstalling the game? There are times that files get damaged, reinstalling them might make it work.

5.Have you scanned your pc recently for viruses and spyware? they have an effect on the overall pc performance. Avoid visiting dangerous websites.

6.Have you defragmented your hard drive lately? if you feel that your pc is too slow or get a stutter here and there, defragging might do the trick.

7.Check your internet connection. You might have connectivity problems. If your connection is working perfectly, the problem might be on the other end.

8.Is your problem account related? ask a GM for help not a Forum Mod.

9. Have you checked your firewall? U might end up Disabling ur PC Firewall for you to play the Game.

Simply right-click on MY COMPUTER, then left-click on PROPERTIES.



From here, you'll be able to check the specifications of your computer such as the processor, memory, and the operating system from the General tab.

Minimum speed for ADSL Broadband is 128 kilobits per second, alternative connection choice would be cable or satellite connection.
