List of Abuses

1. 3rd party programs.
- An explanation of the punishments that currently stand against the usage of 3rd party programs.

2. Impersonating and Scamming.
- An explanation of the punishments that currently stand against scamming another player using one of the few of the mentioned methods.

3. Names.
- An explanation of the punishments that currently stand against having an improper name that does not live up to the server rules, a few examples of those names are mentioned.

4. PVP/CW
- An explanation of the punishments that currently stand against abusing certain illegal strategies during the Club Wars or Player versus Player.

5. Social Behavior
- An explanation of the punishments that currently stand against misbehaving towards other players and/or staff members.

6. Server Related.
- An explanation of the punishments that currently stand against breaking one of the server rules.



Abuse: The use of 3rd party programs for Autopots/bypassing skill delays/Speed Hack etc.
Desc: Using any 3rd party program to gain an unfair advantage.
Example: Using a 3rd party program to be able to spam Pots and Skills.
Punishment: 1st Offense: Warning and 3 Days Account Suspension, 2nd Offense: Permanent Ban/Account Deletion


Abuse: Impersonating Players
Desc: You copy somebody's name to scam his/her friends.
Example: Using somebody's name to borrow somebody's items and then scamming them.
Punishment: 1st Offense: 1 Week Ban, 2nd Offense: Permanent Account Ban/Account Deletion.

Abuse: Impersonating Staff
Desc: You copy a staff's name to scam people with any method (fake webs or anything).
Example: See the desc.
Punishment: Permanent Ban/Account Deletion

Abuse: Scamming
Desc: Scam someone's items/gold by using any kind of methodweb like advertising a website that requires you to enter your account name and username, in “promise” for free items, impersonation, deceiving the other player, or any of the above named options methods etc.
Example: You give someone 5.000.000g instead of 50.000.000g when you buy someone's Item.
Punishment: 1st Offense: 1 Week Account Ban, 2nd Offense: Permanent Ban/Account Deletion. (3 Days Ban if the Scammer willingly returned the items to the affected player.)

Abuse: Hacking
Desc: Using any method to illegally obtain a person's account details without their consent.
Example: You set a keylogger in a cafe to get the account information of the persons playing there and steal their items.
Punishment: Permanent Ban/Account Deletion. (1 Week Ban if the Hacker willingly returned the items to the affected player.)


Abuse: Offensive Character Name
Desc: Your character having an inappropriate name.
Example: You put as your char. name something like "fukcgm".
Punishment: Chat Block until The Character has deleted.

Abuse: Offensive Gang Name
Desc: Your Gang having an inappropriate name.
Example: You put as your guild's name something like "Fu`k the rest!"
Punishment: Chat Block until the Gang has deleted.

Abuse: Offensive Amend Title
Desc: Your Amend Title having inappropriate stuff.
Example: You put as your guild's title something like "f`c`k`u`".
Punishment: Chat Block until the title has removed, or the character has left the Gang.

Abuse: Offensive Store Name
Desc: Your shop having an inappropriate name.
Example: You put as your shop's name something like "fu*k i have no name".
Punishment: Your vendor will be summoned away from the area, if you are present at that moment you will be warned, if you repeat the offense you will be Chat Block for 24 Hours.


Abuse: RK (Ress killing)
Desc: You kill someone, then resurrect him/her, then you kill him again and resurrect him/her again. That's considered Ress killing.

Punishment: 1st Offense: Warning, 2nd Offense: 1 Week Ban 3rd Offense: Permanent Block/Account Deletion.


Abuse: Sexual Harassment
Desc: Any form of sexual harassment will NOT be tolerated. Sexual harassment can be threatening for someone to pose on webcam, send obscene pictures, give out private details, saying obscene things to the person or forced in to participating in acts he/she does not want to be a part of.
Example: You personal message someone and asking them sexual-oriented questions.
Punishment: Permanent ban/Account Deletion.

Abuse: Chat Spamming
Desc: Repeating the same phrase over and over, or repeating a series of sentences using the hotkeys function..
Example: Repeating a series of sentences in a different order such as:
“Buying Fine Burr pm me!”
“Buying Fine Burr pm me!!”
causing the chat window to get filled up
Punishment: 1st Offense: 30mins Chat Block, 2nd Offense: 1 Week Chat Block.

Abuse: Verbal Abuse(Badmouthing)
Desc: Insulting a person by calling him an idiot, fag, moron etc.. Basically being a jerk to someone.
Example: Calling a guy you don't know a "Sl*t".
Punishment: 1st Offense: 240 Minutes Chat Block, 2nd Offense: 1 Week Chat Block, 3rd Offense: Permanent Block/Account Deletion.


Abuse: Editing client/data/folders to gain a big advantage over other players.
Desc: You edit certain files/data to get an advantage over people.
Example: Editing certain files/data to remove any cast delatys
Punishment: Permanent Ban.

Abuse: PHP Dealing
Desc: Using any means to attempt to deal items in game for material objects in real life.
Example: You go to Market and leave a chatroom saying "B> Alam Na 1.5k Laguna Area Lv Name".
Punishment: Permanent Ban/Account Deletion

Abuse: Foreign Items Dealing
Desc: Using any means to attempt to trade items/characters/accounts from Hachi Ran to another game.
Example: You go to Market and leave a chatroom saying "T>My Char in ServerRAN for 10b Here No Scam".
Punishment: Permanent Ban/Account Deletion

Abuse: Server Advertising
Desc: Using any means to advertise another private game server.
Example: You see a broadcast saying: "Join- ServerRan"
Punishment: Permanent Ban/Account Deletion
